Center Frequency Calculator

The intermedite frequency is either 70 MHz (for 36 MHz wide transponders) or 140 MHz (for 72 MHz wide transponders); a 140 MHz intermediate frequency in the middle between two 36 MHz transponders can serve both.

A Slot is defined by a bandwidth of 22.5 kHz calculated from the lower end of the IF bandwidth: 52 MHz at ±18 MHz (IF 70 MHz) or 104 MHz ±36 MHz (IF 140 MHz) respectively.
